About us
Family-owned. Hands-on. Built to last.
Anchored in Excellence, Driven by Legacy.
Our story
Traditional values, modern solutions
LegaSea Management was founded in the spring of 2022 (formerly Sona Property Management). Family-owned and family-run from day one, we set out to bring family values and a small, attentive team to commercial property management. Pronounced ‘legacy,’ our name holds two of our family’s hopes: to build something lasting for our children, and to one day set sail together.
Since then, we’ve grown to offer residential, HOA, and short-term rental management, along with brokerage and leasing services. Today we manage properties from Lafayette to Fort Collins and everywhere in between, with more than 80 commercial tenants and over 100 residential and HOA units across Northern Colorado.
As we grow, our commitment stays the same, to serve our owners and tenants with the attention and respect they deserve, guided by our core values of integrity, stewardship and respect.
